- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and Revit for drafting and design purposes.
- Conduct project scheduling and manage timelines effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform construction management tasks including site inspections, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate GIS data and create schematics for project planning.
- Prepare construction estimates and budgets while analyzing costs associated with materials and labor.
- Engage in technical writing to produce clear documentation for project proposals, reports, and specifications.
- Conduct geotechnical engineering assessments to evaluate soil conditions for construction projects.
- Implement hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS or SWMM for water resource management projects.
- Oversee land surveying activities to establish accurate site layouts and boundaries.
Candidates should possess a strong background in civil engineering principles with experience in the following areas:
- Project management techniques including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost analysis.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles as they relate to civil systems design.

- Understanding of pipeline systems, wastewater treatment processes, and water treatment methodologies.
