Civil/Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide civil and structural engineering input for projects across various stages, including conceptual studies, front-end design, and detailed engineering.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structural conditions and gather field data.
- Evaluate design challenges and develop effective, cost-conscious engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with internal design teams to develop and refine engineering concepts.
- Review drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project goals.
- Prepare technical documentation including material requisitions, construction packages, and vendor coordination.
- Work closely with global engineering teams and interface with other disciplines to support integrated project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas preferred.
- 5–10 years of civil/structural engineering experience, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Solid knowledge of structural codes and standards (e.g., ASCE, AISC, ACI, OSHA).
- Proficient with structural analysis and design tools, CAD, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
- Ability to make sound engineering judgments and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Willingness to learn and innovate to improve project outcomes.
- Availability for full-time in-office work.
