**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the startup and commissioning of DDC systems, ensuring optimal performance and system operability.
• Organize project commissioning by coordinating with project management and engineering teams.
• Direct subcontractors to implement proper installation methods and verify system installations.
• Maintain and update project documentation and communicate project progress to managers and coordinators.
• Assist with cost management by reviewing monthly job labor cost reports and initiating corrective actions.
