The Implementation Administrator is responsibility for managing the implantation and administration of E-Billing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and analyzing current billing systems and processes within the company in order to determine the appropriate eBilling solution to fit the company’s needs.
• Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and status reports throughout the implementation process.
• Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during the implementation process or after the system goes live.
• Regularly communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders and company leadership.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required.
• Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
