Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from proposal through completion, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Coordinate and delegate work to junior and mid-level staff while providing technical oversight
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on technical and regulatory matters
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, invoicing, and overall performance
- Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and scheduling challenges
- Support broader business objectives and contribute to team planning initiatives
- Participate in technical review processes as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental or Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Approximately 10 years of experience in environmental consulting or a similar industry
- Professional licensure (PE or PG), or progression toward licensure (e.g., FE/EIT)
- Familiarity with state-level environmental regulations is preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to perform occasional field work, including physical tasks as required
