💧 What You’ll Be Driving
- Design and manage water, wastewater, and stormwater systems from concept through completion
- Lead small wastewater treatment system designs and municipal infrastructure projects
- Work on municipal and rural water district systems that communities depend on daily
- Develop stormwater management solutions that actually solve real-world problems
- Collaborate across disciplines while taking true ownership of your projects
- High-impact work – your projects directly serve communities and infrastructure
- Autonomy visibility – you won’t get buried in layers of red tape
- Variety – every project is different, from rural systems to municipal design
- Career growth – strong runway into senior leadership and project ownership
- BS in Civil Engineering (PE or EIT required)
- Experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater design
- Strong skills in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a big plus)
- Understanding of surveying and coordinate geometry
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, and standard engineering tools
- Willingness to get in the field when needed (not just desk work)
