Senior Billing CoordinatorFirm:A nationally recognized AM Law 100 firm with 500 attorneys providing comprehensive legal services to innovative companies from startups to global enterprises.Role:The Senior Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing process of the law firm. You will be tasked with reviewing and processing invoices, tracking time and expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring that all billing procedures are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Responsibilities:Reviewing and processing invoices from attorneys and outside vendorsManaging time entries and edits, adjustments, write-downs, etc.Ensuring all billable time and expenses are accurately recorded and billed to clientsPreparing and distributing detailed billing reports to attorneys and clientsElectronic invoicingQualifications:MUST have prior/current law firm/legal billing experience.Knowledge of legal billing software such as Elite, 3E or AderantDemonstrated expertise in all aspects of the legal billing process, from time entry review to collection efforts.Working Situation:Hybrid - 1 day in office per weekCompensation/Benefits:Base Salary: $80-110k , commensurate with experience.Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match program, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, and professional development/career growth programs.1001 Conshohocken State Rd, Ste 2-410 | West Conshohocken, PA 19428#billing#billingcoordinator#legal#lawfirm#midseniorCompany DescriptionLibertyjobs.com has become an essential destination site for experienced job seekers.
