**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve your individual sales targets.
• Maintain and manage sales activities through CRM, ensuring forecast accuracy.
• Utilize a consultative sales process to engage with clients effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and engineers.
• Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and job walk-throughs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on major sales pursuits.
• Play an active role in the estimating process, coordinating with teams to draft quality proposals.
• Ensure the alignment of project scope with client objectives and engage in project execution when necessary.
• Resolve any issues or deviations in project scope to maintain customer satisfaction.
  
  

**Required Qualifications:**

• Proven experience with major Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, or Siemens.
• Familiar with integration and control protocols like BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and energy efficiency strategies.
• Insight into smart building trends is highly desirable.
