Manager - Data Modeling

I'm seeking a Manager - Data Modeling for a full-time remote position with a stable and growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a newly created role that requires someone with a high level of technical Data Modeling experience as well as the people leadership skills that are necessary. Interested candidates should have the following skill set.

• 7 years in Data Modeling, Data Architecture
• 2 years Managing a team of Engineers
• Experience working with application development teams to build physical and relational models for OLTP systems
• Experience building Abstract data models
• Very good understanding of Transactional data systems and analytical data systems, including OLAP cubes, star schema, snowflake schema, etc.
• Strong background in data integration, ETL, Large datasets
• Ability to developer strategic plans for data management that align with business goals
