**What You Bring to the Role:**

• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding a team.
• 4 to 6 years of industry experience, or a 2-year technical degree in a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical theory, AC/DC systems, and wiring concepts, with proficiency in VFDs and motors.
• Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics.
• Operational knowledge of automation systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting and testing.
• Physical capability to manage tasks requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Proficiency in planning, running, and routing electrical conduits.
• Experience with MTR UL 508A certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
