**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in automation & controls engineering, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting industrial control systems.
• Expertise in Allen Bradley and Emerson PLCs, HMI platforms, and industrial network protocols.
• Experience with SQL databases and process control data management.
• Proven track record in managing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong project management skills and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles within industrial automation.
• Familiarity with regulated environments or Process Safety Management is a plus.
• Certifications in Continuous Improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and/or PMP are beneficial.
