A well-established law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 3-6 years of experience in domestic and international estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Advise HNW clients on domestic and cross-border estate planning and wealth preservations.
- Handle trust and estate administration, tax compliance, and related planning matters.
- Identify and analyze international tax and estate planning issues involving trusts, business entities, offshore structures, and investments.
- Bring experience from a law firm or an international tax practice at a major accounting firm.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, organizational, and client service skills.
- JD and admitted to practice in the applicable state
- LLM in Taxation preferred
