Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in power generation, heavy industrial, or process plant construction
- Familiarity with ASME, AWS, and OSHA standards
- Proven ability to operate independently in a field environment and integrate with project team
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong field presence with the ability to manage subcontractors and client interactions
- Capable of prioritizing multiple site activities and making decisions under schedule pressure
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance during construction and commissioning
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for client and subcontractors
- Coordinate material receipt, inventory, installation, and commissioning activities
- Track and document site progress, issues, and daily activity
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Perform site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
