HRIS - Compensation System Analyst

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related field
• At least 5 years in roles involving application support and implementation in HR, Compensation, Payroll, or related systems
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in collaboration with software developers and cross-functional teams across the full SDLC
• Familiarity with Product and/or Project Management is a plus
• Exposure to SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe, or similar integration tools is advantageous
