**Qualifications Needed:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 7-10 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to direct unit operations and establish care standards.
• Proficient in budget management and regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring nursing staff.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Clinical expertise in behavioral health nursing.
