A client of ours is seeking a Head of Sales to lead business development and grow sales within public safety and federal government markets. This role will focus on building relationships with operational users and decision makers while managing the full sales cycle from outreach through product demonstrations and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business across public safety and government agencies
• Manage customer relationships, demonstrations, and sales opportunities
• Build channel and distribution partnerships
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Help develop and scale the sales pipeline and sales team
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales or business development experience
• Background selling into law enforcement, public safety, defense, or federal markets preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable conducting field demonstrations and traveling as needed
• Interest in drones, robotics, or advanced technology
