Key Responsibilities
- Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI-based control systems from the ground up
- Perform on-site commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of automated systems
- Support integration of control systems within manufacturing and process environments
- Work with platforms such as Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Siemens, and related technologies
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to controls, instrumentation, and industrial networks
- Provide technical support, system optimization, and training to end users
- Maintain accurate documentation including system configurations and updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in controls engineering, automation, or system integration
- Proven ability to program PLCs from scratch and develop HMI applications
- Experience in manufacturing or process control environments
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell and/or Siemens platforms
- Exposure to robotics and advanced automation systems is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%
