Job Details:
ESTIMATOR (COMMERCIAL DRYWALL)
Actively looking to hire an experienced and motivated candidate for a Commercial Drywall Estimator position. Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects.
Education / Preferred Skills:
Minimum of five years as a Drywall Estimator
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proficient with reading blueprints and project specifications.
Working knowledge of the following trade softwares: On-Screen-takeoff, Quickbid.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (Verbal & Written)
Ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive attitude, and maintain composure in stressful situations.
High Level of Organization.
Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation
Multi-Tasker
Job Duties:
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
Attend Pre-bid Meetings
Prepare Quantity Take-Offs
Perform estimate for the project and write proposals
Prepare complete scope of work and submit proposal/bids physically if necessary
Follow up on Bids
Prepare Submittals
Write Change Orders
SALARY: $100-200K
