- Drive innovation and provide technical leadership in electrical engineering initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a cross-disciplinary team of engineers to ensure project success.
- Lead and contribute to advanced projects in a dynamic, high-performance environment
- Coordinate departmental activities, establish priorities, and allocate resources for the design of control systems, PLC software, and electrical components for industrial melting furnace systems.
- Ensure all electrical designs comply with regulatory standards, including OSHA, NFPA, and NEC requirements.
- Oversee the management, growth, and professional development of the electrical engineering team.
- Travel to customer sites as required to support projects and client needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years industrial experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, or 10 years of experience with power/control systems.
- Technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
