Current prior legal billing experienced utilizing 3E software is 100% required. (Aderant, Juris, Enterprise or any other legal billing software will NOT be considered)

Our well known law firm client in is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eBilling Coordinator with extensive experience with the 3E legal billing system to join their team. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely electronic billing for clients, while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Process and validate legal time entries for accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute draft and final electronic bills in various formats (e.g., Legal Tracker Collaborati, Serengeti, etc)
- Analyze and resolve e-billing discrepancies and rejections from clients and vendors.
- Maintain and update master client files and billing codes in the billing system.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track billing performance and identify trends.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients regarding e-billing issues and procedures.
- Research and stay informed about evolving e-billing standards and regulations.
- Assist with other billing and accounting tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an eBilling Specialist in a law firm environment.
- Proficiency with 3E billing software is required.
- Strong understanding of e-billing standards and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications.
