Director of Project Management - Heavy Construction

Established heavy construction firm is looking for a Director of Project Management.

Position offers competitive salary, awesome benefits, along with other perks.

• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
• Bachelor's degree or related curriculum. 8 years of experience in the heavy civil/site industry.
• Experience leading a team, hiring, negotiations/client interaction skills.
• Motivated with communication skills.
