**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 1 year experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC/R systems
• Background in commercial or industrial HVAC/R or electrical mechanics preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• EPA Universal Certification required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; HVAC/R trade school certificate is a plus
• Ability to effectively use hand tools and read electrical schematics
• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
