Client Advisory Associate - Fully Remote

A premier investment advisory firm is seeking a client-centric Client Services Associate. This role is responsible for partnering with clients and internal lead advisors to ensure seamless account management and high-touch service.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via inbound calls, managing account maintenance and complex issue resolution.
• Collaborate with lead advisors to execute financial strategies and maintain accurate client records.
• Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support to enhance client relationship management.
  
  

Requirements

• Platform Expertise: Direct experience working with Charles Schwab and Fidelity advisor platforms is required.
• Experience: Prior customer-facing or inbound phone experience within the financial services industry.
• Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing: Series 65 or Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred; must be open to obtaining necessary compliance licensing.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to building financial acumen.
