Responsibilities:
- Site design and land development projects
- Grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design
- Preparation of construction documents and permit applications
- Coordination with clients, municipalities, and internal teams
- Project management and client interaction opportunities
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 3 years of land development experience preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- EIT or PE preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
