Civil Engineer – Land Development Site Design (0–2 Years Experience)

A growing civil engineering consulting firm in New Jersey is seeking a Civil Engineer with 0–2 years of experience to join its Land Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to gain hands-on experience in site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting for commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with land development and site design projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and stormwater management designs.
• Perform engineering calculations and assist with permit applications.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and drafting.
  
  

Requirements:

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of land development or site design experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
