SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
Join a growing engineering team where you’ll lead site development and stormwater projects that positively impact communities and infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead business development, proposals, and client relationships
- Manage civil/site and stormwater projects from concept through construction
- Oversee design of drainage systems, grading, utilities, and stormwater management solutions
- Provide technical leadership, QA/QC, and mentorship to engineering staff
- Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and regulatory requirements
- Represent the firm at industry events and support market growth
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus)
- 8 years of experience in site civil, municipal, or stormwater design
- Strong knowledge of hydrology/hydraulics, permitting, and infrastructure design
- Proven success in client development and project delivery
- PE license
