Building Maintenance EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team onsite at commercial buildings in the Indianapolis area.Key Responsibilities:Lead maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical and life-safety systems including boilers, rooftop HVAC units, VAV systems, building automation, emergency generators and plumbing.Conduct preventive and emergency maintenance; complete work orders and upkeep tasks such as pressure washing and leaf blowing.Maintain accurate records of repairs and service; use PC/smartphone to manage work-order system and email.Read blueprints; lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; respond on-call approx. every five weeks and travel to buildings within metro area.Exhibit strong organization, multitasking, verbal/written communication, and a positive, self-sufficient attitude.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years’ facilities maintenance experience with complex systems in commercial/medical settings.Trade certification or licensure preferred.Basic Microsoft Office skills.Experience working independently and as part of a team.Excellent benefits: health, dental, 401(k)If you are ready to take the next step in your career, apply today and become part of our team!
