### Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Automation Technician
• Certified in Tridium AX or N4, with strong skills in Workbench programming
• Proficiency with BacNet, LON protocols, and basic Ethernet configuration
• Familiarity with Siemens, Honeywell, JCI, or Schneider Electric HVAC programming software
• Strong IT knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with Facility Managers
• Ability to work independently and pass all necessary security clearances
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a pre-hire drug screening
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and various operating systems
