Key Responsibilities
- Financial Architecture: Lead the continuous evolution and maintenance of the multi-year corporate financial model to support enterprise-level forecasting and decision-making.
- Executive & Board Reporting: Direct the preparation of comprehensive materials for the Board of Directors and monthly executive presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
- Capital Markets & IR Support: Provide essential technical analysis for capital markets activities and assist in the development of investor relations messaging and quarterly reporting.
- Strategic Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct sophisticated, high-priority financial evaluations on a range of special projects, including portfolio optimization and market trend assessments.
- Operational Partnership: Work cross-functionally to ensure financial models reflect current operational realities and provide a solid foundation for strategic growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- Master's or MBA is a plus but not required
- 6 years progressive accounting experience ideally within real estate or investment banking
- Prior experience managing direct reports is key
- CPA or CFA certification are highly preferred by not required
