Role Description
This is a full-time outside sales role for a Sales Executive located in Bergen, Union, Essex, Hudson Morris and Ocean Counties, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Candidate will manage CPA and Bank partner referral relationships and receive referrals from these sources.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management
- Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Payroll and HR services is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
