What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with check-in, reservations, and attraction registration
- Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Help create a fun, positive, and memorable experience for every guest
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
