Provide strategic technology direction encompassing an enterprise view across a large portfolio of capabilities Deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and the entire lifecycle of designing, delivering, managing, and improving IT services with a business and user-centric approach. Extensive experience in high level systems planning, design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex legacy technology that has successfully migrated to modern cloud native technology. In-depth knowledge of the insurance business. Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills. Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences. Significant breadth and depth of technologies in the areas of: Cloud solutions and deployments, preferable AWS and Azure; Services patterns, application containers, and API gateway management capabilities Broad experience across all areas of large scale, enterprise technology platforms. Strong financial acumen and understanding of IT Total Cost of Ownership. Industry contacts and participation in the software development and open source communities. Experience with Agile & DevOps methodologies, tools and measurement practices. Expertise in providing mentorship to multiple teams in broad technical areas on complex enterprise-wide projects.
