Lead the enterprise data change management process end-to-end: intake, triage, impact assessment, approvals, communications, implementation coordination, and post-implementation review. Facilitate change request reviews for master and reference data that produce thoughtful, documented impact assessments, including downstream effects. Define and monitor KPIs for data governance and the change process; use insights to drive continuous improvement. Create executive-ready communications that translate technical changes into business and financial implications; publish notices, runbooks, and FAQs. Assist with the enterprise data catalog: taxonomy, business glossary, metadata standards, lineage, critical data elements, stewardship assignments, and catalog workflows. Onboard new domains/datasets and monitor completeness and quality. Define and maintain data standards and policies (access, quality, retention, classification, usage) and drive adherence through governance workflows and reviews. Enable a stewardship model across domains; clarify roles for data owners, stewards, and custodians; develop training and self-service documentation to drive adoption. Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics to implement data quality rules for critical data elements; monitor and report issues, lead root cause analysis, and drive remediation. Manage the governance roadmap and backlog; facilitate working groups; maintain artifacts, decisions, and change records; coordinate across tooling (e.g., data catalog & Jira). Experience in data governance, data management, or analytics, including 3 years leading data/analytics change management in a complex enterprise. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Understanding of corporate finance processes and how data changes impact them. Hands-on experience with data catalog, metadata, and lineage tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica) for impact analysis and governance workflows. Proven track record operating change management frameworks in an enterprise environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams.
