Analyze and interpret data to support underwriting strategy, segmentation, and program management decisions. Partner with stakeholders across teams to understand state specific needs and provide actionable solutions for nuanced problems Communicate findings and insights in a way that is understandable and actionable for both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies, drive growth, and maintain strong profit position on a state and countrywide level Required: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data. Excellent communication skills -- able to clearly present findings and strategy to leadership group. Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine willingness to learn new tools and approaches. Experience with data analysis, data validation, or data management in an analytical role. Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python or R. Exposure to or interest in AI-enabled analytics Limited supervision, conduct analysis to evaluate and implement vendor products. May interacts with vendors as needed. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field. Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years. Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem). Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
