Delivery execution and planning Lead day-to-day delivery for one or more Agile teams, driving predictable delivery of increments that meet scope, quality, and regulatory requirements. Plan and facilitate cadence-based events (refinement, planning, reviews, retros) with a bias toward outcomes and time-box discipline. Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness, prioritization, and release scope; ensure work is sliced for flow and value. Coordinate release activities, production readiness, and change management across teams and vendors. Cross-team coordination and dependency management Orchestrate dependencies across software products within the Claims portfolio; maintain transparency via dependency boards and integrated plans. Facilitate cross-team syncs and joint planning with adjacent teams. Identify, escalate, and resolve impediments, risks, and scope/contention issues early. Agile practice and flow Apply pragmatic Lean-Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP techniques) tailored to team and problem context to improve flow and quality. Promote engineering quality practices (CI/CD, test automation, pairing) in partnership with engineering leadership. Use flow and quality metrics (throughput, cycle/lead time, WIP, flow efficiency, defect escape rate, release predictability) to drive continuous improvement. Contribute as a practitioner to the Scrum/Agile community of practice by sharing effective delivery patterns and lessons learned. Stakeholder communication and transparency Provide clear, concise status, risk, and decision visibility to stakeholders across Claims Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance. Facilitate decisions by ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time. Strong delivery execution and planning skills with demonstrated ability to lead day-to-day delivery for one or more Agile teams, driving predictable delivery of increments that meet scope, quality, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc. and at least 5 years related experience Beginner/1st level Scrum certification preferred Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred Knowledge/training equivalent to advanced/2nd level certifications from a reputable Lean-Agile organization a plus but not required Experience being on multiple Agile teams in a variety of different contexts Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives Track record of continued and recent education in Lean-Agile including training, conferences, user groups, cohorts, self-study, etc.
