We are seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional for an on-site position in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their independent living goals. Daily responsibilities include providing support with activities of daily living, facilitating community integration, implementing individual care plans, and fostering skill development. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the individuals, their families, and other team members in a person-centered and supportive environment to promote overall quality of life and independence.
- Experience in human services or working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships and foster a supportive environment.
- Ability to implement specialized training to assist individuals in achieving their life goals.

- High level of responsibility, patience, and compassion; ability to work collaboratively within a team.
