The Legal Intern will be part of LLA’s central-corporate Legal Team, helping the team in achieving its core objectives with an initial focus involving all equity compensation, corporate governance and SEC compliance-related obligations.

- Aid the team in the preparation of materials for the upcoming Compensation Committee meeting related to the long-term incentive program and equity grants.
- Aid the team with preparation of internal employee communications relating to the 2026 long-term incentive grants.
- Assist and prepare materials relating to the new equity compensation plan.
- Prepare for 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders, including the presenters’ script and collection of materials to be distributed at meeting.
- Assist in preparation of public and internal disclosure materials relating to the anticipated preferred share distribution.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- Demonstrates interest in corporate law, corporate governance, and securities/SEC compliance.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and comfortable preparing professional materials and communications.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
