Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor. The candidate must possess excellent member service skills with attention to detail. Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred. The candidate will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week and must be available to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. - Provide excellent member service when fielding servicing calls from employees and members
- Complete the boarding process for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans
- Perform all aspects of servicing functionalities after the loan has closed, including;
- Payment research
- Quote and process mortgage payoffs
- Research and resolve loan issues to conclusion
- Assist with accuracy review of input to computer loan system
- Assist as needed for loan sale transactions
- Work collaboratively with accounting for all accounting reconciliations
- Process and correct mortgage transactions in the servicing software
