Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct landowner outreach and maintain professional relationships with property owners and stakeholders
- Negotiate easements, access agreements, temporary workspace agreements, and related land rights
- Explain project requirements, impacts, and compensation packages to landowners
- Coordinate with project management, survey, title, engineering, environmental, and legal teams
- Maintain accurate acquisition records, reports, and project documentation
- Track acquisition progress and provide timely status updates
- Perform field visits and property inspections as needed
- Support public meetings and community outreach activities when required
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project procedures, and applicable regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in right-of-way, land acquisition, real estate, or utility projects preferred
- Electric transmission, pipeline, renewable energy, or infrastructure experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/database systems
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned project areas
- State real estate license required where applicable by state law
- IRWA certification
- Experience reading title documents, legal descriptions, and survey exhibits
- Familiarity with utility corridor or infrastructure projects
