Core Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction in phonics, reading fluency, writing development, math, science, and Bible
- Strengthen foundational literacy (phonemic awareness → decoding → fluency)
- Use small groups and centers for differentiated instruction
- Integrate biblical principles and character development daily
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and behavior expectations
- Assess progress regularly and communicate with families
- Collaborate with grade-level team and support staff

- Building stamina, independence, and responsibility
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
