We’re based in Selinsgrove, PA, and currently seeking candidates who live within commuting distance of Harrisburg, Williamsport, or State College. Sales representatives train and meet weekly at our Selinsgrove office while serving homeowners across central and eastern Pennsylvania.
The Opportunity
Liberty Basement Systems, a regional leader in the waterproofing and foundation repair industry, is seeking to expand our sales team.
We’re looking for motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners who have requested inspections, assess their needs, and offer tailored solutions to improve the safety, comfort, and value of their homes.
This is a full-time, W-2 position that includes paid training, company-provided leads (no cold calling), and ongoing professional development through Contractor Nation’s industry-leading sales programs.

What You Will Do:
- Meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments
- Inspect basements, crawl spaces, and foundations to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Present proposals clearly and confidently to help homeowners make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, estimates, and contracts
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by following a proven, customer-focused process
What We Need From You:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience; home improvement or construction background preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort performing light physical tasks such as kneeling or entering crawl spaces
- Proficiency with computers and basic technology tools
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- Availability for a schedule that includes weekdays and limited Saturdays
