SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, the Commercial Lending Team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Series 7 licensed professional. This role involves selling and advising complex derivative products to institutional and commercial clients, including interest rate swaps, options, futures, and structured products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
- Advise clients on derivative strategies for hedging, investment, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including trading, research, compliance, and risk.
- Monitor market trends and provide timely insights to clients.
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on derivative strategies and market outlooks.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Active Series 7 license required; Series 63/66 preferred.
- 7 years of experience in derivatives sales or institutional trading.
- Strong understanding of derivative instruments and financial markets.
- Proven track record of client relationship management and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, and other trading platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (Dodd-Frank, EMIR, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
