Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and dependable vehicle for travel between locations.
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to work on ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts.
- Physical ability to bend, lift, reach, and climb; lift up to 70 lbs.
