What You’ll Do
- Perform basic maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks
- Complete multi-point inspections
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using Ford factory tools
- Handle electrical, mechanical, and drivability repairs
- Document work performed in accordance with dealership and Ford standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
