What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Write clear and accurate service recommendations
- Communicate between customers and technicians
- Explain repairs and maintenance in plain language
- Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines
- Keep service records organized and accurate
- Deliver a great customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
For experienced candidates:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer (auto dealership or repair shop)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers at once
- Basic mechanical understanding is helpful
For entry-level candidates (no experience required):
- Strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is a plus
