What You’ll Do
As a Parts Counter Person, you’ll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly and helping customers find exactly what they need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries
- Looking up, ordering, and stocking parts and accessories
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and organization
- Processing parts orders, returns, and invoices
- Helping walk-in customers at the retail counter
- Building strong relationships with customers, technicians, and team members
- Ensuring a clean, well-organized parts area
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is:
- Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Experienced in automotive parts (preferred but not required!)
If you have previous dealership or parts experience, that’s a plus—but we’re willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
