Assistant High School Football Coach
Position Title: Assistant Football Coach
Location: Liberal High School
Reports To: Head Football Coach / Athletic Director
Employment Type: Supplemental Salary
Position Summary
Liberal High School is seeking committed and team-oriented Assistant Football Coaches to support the Head Coach in all aspects of the football program. This role focuses on player development, program support, and maintaining a positive team culture.

- Offensive Skill Coach
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with practices, games, and film preparation
- Coach assigned position group and support skill development
- Reinforce team standards, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Supervise student-athletes during team activities
- Support game-day operations and scouting preparation
- Communicate effectively with players and coaching staff
- Ensure compliance with school and district policies
Qualifications
- Football coaching and/or playing experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under the direction of the Head Coach
- Availability for after-school practices and games
- Must meet all district employment requirements
