About the Role:
Join Liang & Quinley Wealth Management as an Operations Manager in Irvine, CA, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about driving excellence in a fast-paced financial environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday in office, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fridays remote
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee account opening, transfers, and maintenance processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise and support administrative and client service staff, including training and performance management.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor workflows and capacity to ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with compliance to implement regulatory updates and audit readiness.
Manage vendor relationships, including technology platforms and service providers. - Ensure a high level of client service by resolving escalated client or operational issues.
- Other duties as assigned by CFPs and other directors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Series 7, 66 and/or 65
- 5 years of experience in operations management in the financial sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in wealth management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
