The Opportunity

As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work alongside licensed electricians to learn residential electrical service, repair, and installation. You will assist with safe, code-compliant work while developing the technical skills, communication habits, and professionalism needed for a long-term career in the trade.

What You'll Do

Assist licensed electricians with residential electrical repairs, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Prepare work areas, gather materials and tools, and help keep jobs organized and moving efficiently.

Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, company standards, and instructions from the lead electrician.

Communicate professionally with customers and treat every home with care and respect.

Maintain clear communication with the field team, dispatch, managers, and the warehouse.

Help maintain clean, organized vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.

Document work accurately, including job notes, photos, and required paperwork.

Participate fully in company training and apply feedback to improve your skills.

Support other team members and take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in building a career as an electrician.

Completion of an electrical trade program, current apprenticeship enrollment, or relevant hands-on experience is preferred.

A strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

A professional appearance and respectful, customer-first attitude.

Ability to work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and other residential environments; climb ladders; and lift and carry tools and materials.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Willingness to obtain and maintain required apprentice registration, certifications, and training.
