Project Coordinator - Rollouts

We combine warehousing, logistics, white glove delivery, installation, and construction to provide a more effective and efficient solution for our client’s projects. As the Project Coordinator, you will be working directly with installers all over the nation over the phone during projects. You will be responsible for tracking installations, organizing deliverables, and providing support and troubleshooting to installers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain project tracking tools, including tracking site statuses
- Coordinate and manage field installers, contact via phone, text, and email
- Obtain and organize files from field installers (photos, site signoffs, and PDFs)
- Manage escalations (phone calls, texts, and emails) from field installers, retail store level customers as well as internal project team
- Provide direction and support to project team and field crews
- Monitor and report on project progress to project team
- Assist in developing project-specific training documents for field crews
- Documentation collection, dissemination, and installer payments (COIs, W9s, etc.)
- Preinstall calls to jobsites
- Provide support to team members and active projects
- Support other departments when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in an office environment required
- Problem solving and prioritization abilities to focus on core deliverables to keep projects on track
- Excellent written, verbal communication
- Self-motivated, able to apply best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft product families, including Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Client Service experience preferred
- During projects, ability to be on-call and work after hours and on weekends
Full Time Benefits:
